Mark Smith of Tms Construction delivered as promised and on budget. I would have given him a rating of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, but preferred a 9.5 leaving room for improvement :-). I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a handyman.

I contacted Mark with a small job to install a bathroom fan in my upstairs bathroom. He was able to come by and take a look and give me an on the spot quote. Since it was a small job he was able to do the install that same day if it was okay with my schedule. It was and he promptly got the parts he required. Mark did an excellent job, and completed the job with excellent craftsmanship. He left the work area cleaner than it was originally and was very courteous and personable. I would definitely contact Mark again in the future.

I posted a small job on this web site and was amazed at how quick I got a response. As an aside I would use this site again no questions asked. Mark Smith from TMS Construction Limited was one of the first companies to call me back (April 21st). He was very courteous on the phone and took the time to get a sense of what I needed done and then we agreed on when he could visit to see the actual job site (which in this case was my basement).

Mark showed up at the agreed upon time (April 24th) and assessed the work to be done and provided a verbal estimate (I didn’t require a written one). He took the time to fully understand what my expectations were and what I would be satisfied with at the end of his work.

On the day that the work was done Mark again showed up on time (Sunday, April 26th); he came with the right tools and materials as well. He completed the job in the time he said he would and to my complete satisfaction. The cost for the job was exactly what he quoted me as well.

Mark is also a very personable guy who I felt comfortable with doing work in my home. I highly recommend him and his company for their area of expertise.
