As a landlord I need an Electrician I can count on if there is an issue in one of my units. TNC Electric have always provided prompt, efficient service. the pricing is great, and if I have questions I can easily contact them. The electricians they have sent to my jobs have always been courteous, knowledgable & professional & the pricing when I get the bill is very reasonable. They are my #1 contact for any electrical needs.

We used TnC to upgrade power when we were adding additional appliances to a rental home, we have also used them to locate a short in a different house, and also to install the poser hook up for our hot tub at home. In every instance they have been fantastic, they have provided fast efficient service, stayed on budget and kept us fully informed of progress on the bigger jobs. they are our electrician of choice. I just contacted them today to provide additional service

We hired TNC electric to do a simple rough in job they had 3 people come they spent half the day in the attic looking for a "wire" all 3 of them, they didn't complete the job and sent us a bill for $800.00. not impressed. Beware!

Sorry to hear of your inconvenience on a job you had us do for you. We do take customer satisfaction as a high priority and are willing to figure this situation out. I unfortunately do not have a record on our books that states for troubleshooting any problems in an attic. I do however have an invoice that is for a renovation of a laundry room that required the wires for the washer and dryer relocation to be fished from the new locations and up thru the attic to get back to the panel, fishing wires can add some extra time. It is our standard procedure to bill after the completion of any rough in. In the state of 3 guys on site it was to help with the fishing of wires and as the bill reflects only a 1 Journeymen and 1 apprentice were billed for the time. Unfortunately thru a miscommunication we were only aware of the rough in and not the finish.
