Top To Bottom Construction

We interviewed several companies to replace the shingles on our roof but from the first time I met Jose, I knew I would be using Top to Bottom. He was very professional when presenting his quote and had loaded his ladder into his truck and was about to leave when he noticed shingles missing off my roof and bare plywood. He proceeded to unload his ladder grabbed some shingles and a nail gun, got up on my roof and patched it for me. I think this little story just goes to show the integrity of the company. When they came to do the work, They were fast, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend Top to Bottom Construction!

I had my roof done about 5 years ago , by this company. what a horrible job! Every year I'm missing shingles, I was taken advantage of because I don't know roofing. Now I don't even get help from them because my paper work is "missing" this place is such a joke. Plus they didn't even repair the roof where it was needed. And didn't put the black tar paper all over... PLUS didn't take off the plastic strip off the shingles! Whoever goes to this company. please don't! They're a complete rip off!!! I've lost thousands of dollars because of these jerks! Plus they charged me to clean up . and still left my yard a mess!

I had my home re shingled by a home handyman 5 years ago. The job was so poorly done the water would not even hit the eavestrough, it was so bad nobody wanted to attempt to fix it , I knew I had to redo the whole thing again and most estimates were 7 to 8000 area. I heard about Top to bottom from a church member at my moms church they had done their roof and hired an inspector before they were paid and it passed with flying colours.

They came and gave me an estimate which included up to 4 sheets of plywood drip edge flashing valley flashing ice and water and lifetime shingles and it was way cheaper to go with them, After having conversations with Claudia Hosea and Rick I could just tell they offer pride in workmanship in this business.

As soon as I signed the contract I had the guys over next day. The crew was lead by Antonio and a crew of another 3 or 4 guys. The guys worked incredibly hard and did everything to gain my trust and took pictures so I could see prep work as I wasn't home. I could tell the work was very professional and they even adjusted the eaves and put extra venting in. Everything looks very good the exposed nails all chalked and best of all they respected my budget and gave me a 10 year workmanship warranty. To top things of I did careful review on this company and it was an A plus rating with BBB.

This is a family run business and at all times the crew was friendly and Antonio did a great job leading the crew. The father always came by to bring supplies and made sure the guys cleaned the property.

So far my experience has been a 10 with these guys and would not hesitate to recommend them.

In May of 2011 I purchased a house. With heavy rains in June I discovered the roof was leaking. Top to Bottom was the first company to answer the phone so they got my business. After providing a quote to repair holes around the chimney, inspect and repair other holes in the roof, and replace all my broken sheathing, they said they would be able to come by in two weeks. It took them until August to come and repair the roof. I called every couple of weeks to see when they were coming and was continually told "two weeks", but it took them over two months. We had heavy rains again in July 2012 and the roof leaked again. They had not bothered to inspect anywhere but around the chimney, then made a comment about how the sheathing needed to be replaced. When I said I had paid them to do that last year Jose got evasive. They were able to patch the current leak in July 2012 but I am not convinced everything to Kosher. I will be hiring another company to do an inspection.

I live on an acreage west of StonyPlain in 2000 sq ft house. The snow had accumulated to almost 3 feet. I called Top to Bottom and they quoted a price and they sent out a crew the next day. One side of the house had large decks skirting the whole side. Not only did they have to remove all that snow from the roof, they had to now shovel the massive amount from the decks. They worked very hard, were efficient and very courteous. I would without hesitation recommend these guys to do the job. I will be re doing my shingles this year and I will be calling them first.
