Toronto City Contracting did my legal basement in Bowmanville, they did an amazing job. All the workers was on time. Even there was a mistake with fire rated door, they came and replaced as well, when the final inspection came. Every one who came from Toronto City Contracting were great workers. All the jobs were excellent.

Builder did a poor job of insulating flat roof. Insulation was getting wet and dripping causing significant drywall damage over time.

Rubens and team saved the day. We needed to remove the drywall from the ceiling of the entire top floor, remove insulation, spray foam and then replace all the drywall and electrical. Messy job with us living at home through it. There were also issues with our parapets on the roof, which were repaired as preventative maintenance.

Rubens was upfront, transparent and a pleasure to deal with. His estimates were accurate and any discrepancies were discussed in advance. He and his team showed up when they said they would, were polite, did great work and kept the place as clean and tidy as possible given the work.

I hired Toronto City Contracting to renovate and soundproof my legal basement. The scope of work was demolishing existing walls and ceiling, installing batt insulation and spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling, installing sonopan insulation between the joists and the drywall, resilient channel, new drywall to ceiling and walls and finally taping. I can't recommend them more. What a awesome job they've done. They were very professional, very pacient and fast. They got in and out, and the place was stunning, clean and the job was very neat. I highly recommend Toronto City Contracting and their team.

I hired them for a complete addition, which includes excavation, forming, concreting, wood framing, roofing, siding, tiling, demolition, drywall installation, batt insulation, spray foam, installing new windows and doors, painting, masonry, soffit, blown to attic insulation, tiling at the facade of the house, subflooring, installing trims to doors and windows, etc.

They provided a excellent work from the scratch to finish. I will definitely hire them again for my future projects because they are reliable and have huge knowledge of what they are doing, and offering a vast selection of solutions for the concerns of each step of the way.
