Robin is a true professional. He came in on a Sunday to do an inspection for a cottage we purchased. He spent the time to walk us through and made sure that we understood everything he was looking at and pointing out to us. Very reasonable price for all the work that was undertaken in the inspection. Would highly recommend!
Thank you Adam for kind words. And as mentioned, if you have any questions in future please ask as I am always ready and willing to help.
I hired Robin for pre-purchase inspection of a cottage near Lafontaine beach in Tiny. He did very thorough job checking every square inch inside and outside with different high-tech and low-tech tools and provided a lot of feedback. He is very nice person and he went far and beyond to explain all problematic issues to me. I took almost extra hour of his time and he didn't mind it and didn't rush me. On the evening of the inspection, he emailed me a very detailed report highlighting every single issue found. During the past 25 years, I dealt with six home inspectors (in Toronto area) for my residential and investment real estate purchases and Robin clearly stands out. I highly recommend him as a home inspector.
Robin Wells did a fantastic job on the home inspection for my buyer clients. As they could not attend, he took lots of photos to submit with the report to explain all of his findings. He then came up on a Sunday to meet my clients and discuss the report with them. They were very impressed with his service and the fact that he took the time out to come and meet them. Thank you Robin from Dayle Henry, Salesperson and my clients the Baptistas!

It is important to have your chimney cleaned each year by a qualified and certified professional Chimney Sweep. Being a WETT Certified Advanced Chimney Sweep and WETT Certified Comprehensive Inspector allows us to offer Chimney Sweeping / Cleaning and WETT Inspections.
We believe that a home inspection should be thorough and detailed, but also easy to understand. After all, if you cannot understand your report and use it to negotiate, repair items, or make an educated decision, then the inspection would be of no value.

Beginning career as electrician, and then moved into the corporate world. Performed first home inspection in 1999. Since then have studied home inspection, building envelope, building code and related subjects through Georgian College, Carson Dunlop and InterNACHI. I believe a home should be inspected as if I were the buyer, with all the care and attention I can place into every detail, but beyond that it is also a place to share how parts of the home work and pass along some of the knowledge learned over the years. A home is a complex set of components working ad one, it is important to understand that and to ensure each unit is performing as intended. I would love to assist you with your home inspection.
