The service was friendly and fast and the prices were the best we found. Also the quality of the material and service was awesome! We were very pleased and would recommend them absolutely.

HORRIBLE experience with Trademark Construction and Flooring!!!

As with most sales they were fine when they were making the sale but when they made a mistake and re-sold flooring I had paid for in full, I was the one who suffered - losing both money and time. They refused to refund me the full amount when they could not provide me the product.

I paid in full for flooring from them & they said they would hold it for me.  There was no deadline given and I was never contacted to say it needed to be picked up by a certain date. They had both a valid phone number and email address to contact me.  When I contacted them to pick it up not only do I find out that they don't have the flooring any more but that they can no longer get the product in.

It was a pallet worth (over 1000 sq ft) of flooring that I had paid for.  Without contacting me, they then sold that same product a 2nd time to someone else.

When their error was discovered they offered me a different product that was not as nice nor was the quality as good as what I had originally bought. I considered other options they had (and I would have been willing to pay the difference for a product if there was something else I like) but nothing worked for what I was needing as I had purchased other things based on my initial purchase with them.

I spoke to both the owner and accountant at Trademark and they refused to give me back all of the money I'd paid (holding back over $200.  The owner initially said some BS about it being for taxes. Yes they would have paid taxes on it last year but this year it would show as a loss and so it would be a tax credit.  So I said no way.

The owner then said I would have to talk to the accountant the following week.  When I spoke to her she blamed me for waiting so long to pick it up then said they were holding back money for the credit card charges.  Crappy customer service!!  They should have returned my money in full and compensated me for the hassle their lack of organization causes me. It should be the responsibility of the company to control their inventory. Hello?!?!  They sold it twice!  Making profit on it twice!

Master Card isn't able to do anything since the company has given me a partial refund and it's been over a year now.

Be warned.  This company wants sales but has no accountability and will resell your product out from under you!

I contacted Burhan in June of 2017 to come out to Barrhead to estimate carpet costs on a complete house reno. He arrived, did the estimate and left within an hour, charging me $100.00 . Impressive, as this included his labour and three hours of driving time for coming out from Edmonton. Due to construction delays, the house was not ready for installing the carpet until February, 2018. Burhan kept the original estimate price, even decreasing it after I selected a different color due to more extensive renos than originally planned. Zach and his assistant, Philippe, took 8 hours to install the upstairs and downstairs areas, including the living room, hall, bedrooms, closets, stairs and all of downstairs. My contractor and I were amazed at how hard and efficiently they worked. I asked my contractor to come back when the men were packing up, before making the final payment. He checked carpet quality, seams, closet and baseboard attachment etc. and replied that he felt it was a very professional job. Zach even offered to stop in at my current home, if he was in the area, and help me with another carpet issue, one installed by a large Edmonton flooring company. Burhan was always courteous, even accepting partial payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction, and I’m hard to please! As everyone knows, renos usually cost double the original estimate. I really appreciate the compliments I’ve received on the quality, feel and look of my carpet, and I have a one year warranty if anything goes wrong.

What a team! We moved recently and chose to use Trademark for the third time as we had been been very pleased with their prior work. This time however, we needed much more than one simple job and they were truly outstanding. Renos are traditionally over budget and late. Not at all. From the first request to the last, Trademark had excellent workers who were professional, friendly and on time. We even asked for help with a carpentry situation and it too was handled with talent and imagination. We would easily recommend this company to any and all. They are fairly priced, cooperative on timing and always happy to assist with new ideas. Great job.

Two words for this company - `Simply Awesome`! Many thanks to the owner Burhan and his manager Leah for their great service. I shopped around different flooring material shop for my basement carpet before selecting one – and I got the best deal from them. They have a large verity of flooring materials (you name it). The carpet quality is the best in my budget range and their installers have done a pretty good job. Burhan upgraded the under-pad without any extra cost and he personally visited my home during installation to make sure everything was in order. All person related with this shop (including the installers) are very friendly and very easy to deal with. My whole family is very happy with their service and product. I highly recommend Trademark Flooring to anyone who is looking for flooring supply and installation.
