Do not use. After taking second to last payment he ghosted us for a month. We had to track him down. Even offered second chance to which he failed miserably. Then had to fire him. He really messed us over. Do not use. Do not recommend.

Work is always done right and priced right but most importantly Tom is always shows up when he says he will and is very pleasant to deal with. Great contractor.

We chose Turn Key Renovators from a suggestion by a good friend. Tom scheduled an estimate with us very quickly even though we told him that the renovation may not begin for a while! It turned out that we were ready to start earlier than anticipated and he accommodated us very well. They were very good at keeping us informed of how our reno was going and even when things weren't goin their way, they were honest and came up with great solutions! We are so impressed with the final product and we will definitely use them again!

Turn Key Renovators did an excellent job of creating top floor laundry for us! The laundry closet is perfectly functional and looks beautiful. Thom was also very receptive to concerns we had about possible flooding since the laundry is on the top floor so he installed a water detection system to automatically shut the machines off if there are any future issues. We would definitely recommend Turn Key Renovators and hope to have them back for more projects in the future!
