I found Two by 4 Ventures on the internet, after two previous builders didn't follow through on appointments on time.

Wayne always came when he said he was coming, (or emailed ahead to change a time). He gave quotes promptly and did the work without adding hidden costs. He gave us his personal time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, and made very useful suggestions.

The people who work for Two by 4 are gracious and helpful, and do very good work.

All in all, it was an exciting undertaking.

Wayne and his team are extremely friendly and approachable yet offer a superb standard of excellence in their work. They did everything to ensure that we were completely satisfied with what they completed, and all within a very reasonable budget we could afford. I highly recommend them and would have absolutely no hesitation in calling on them in the future.

Two by 4 Ventures made a very nice carport and replaced the fence for our property in Summer 2017. The work was timely done and they took over the matters with the City, permits, etc and their price was very reasonable.

We met with the two by 4 Ventures and told them what we had in mind in terms of making a carport and storage in our back yard as well as replacing the fence. They provide us a very useful plan and dealt with all the permits and city related jobs. I could always get a hold of them and talk to them about changes in our plans and budget.

Last they go above and beyond to make sure they meet your expectations within your budget.

Wayne was easy to work with. His crew were friendly and professional and the end result of the construction was exactly what we wanted. There were absolutely no issues working with Wayne or the crew, even when I requested last minute change orders, additions to the work, or when unexpected glitches occurred.

We've already booked them again for another upcoming renovation job.

Wayne and crew made repairs to both front and back outside staircases of my house. They were very knowledgeable and changed design where needed to meet building code. I was pleased with how quickly they completed the job, very tidy and removed all debris. I would call them again to do further work or if I had any concerns.

Wayne and his crew were exactly on time every time, did a superior job including keeping the site organized and clean. They cleaned up all debris and handled the WHOLE job without concern. I am very happy with their services which compared to other contractors I have used, is excellent. I highly recommend them for any project.

Last summer, Wayne Church of Two by Four Ventures partially renovated our home including carpet removal and change, hardwood refinishing and moulding upgrades, floor tile changes and full interior painting of our home.

It was a job well done, on budget and very close to the timeline that Wayne had forecast. We found their staff professional and courteous, always insuring that their work was the best it could be; they cleaned up after themselves, and I could set my watch by Gunner the painter arriving for work in the morning! It was truly a job well done.

Wayne and crew replaced a tear down deck and resurfaced a bridge - both across a creek.

Prior; Wayne had previously done other interior bathroom work.

Since; We have Wayne since to replace a doorway awning and build a ramp.

Future; Two by 4 will be doing some more work for us this year!

Provided practical advice at the quotation stage. Well organized, punctual, excellent quality work and on budget.

- Wayne, the owner, were courteous and provided us with advice in layman's terms and alternatives in dealing with the problems.

- He provided us with two clear and concise quotations depending on the whether we want to take advantage of the repair to renovate our bathroom or simply repair it.
