Mike Sheskey is a thief. He operated in an honest way and represented himself well. We were completing the electrical contract for Gill Estates in the north west of Edmonton. He had been contracted to complete the security system and fire alarm monitoring portion of the contract valued at roughly 30K.
Mike had received 13K of the contract price at the time that he stopped answering calls and eventually blocked our office and personal cell numbers.
We had to re-contacted the project for roughly 30K on top of the 13K he had been paid. TZ Technologies had not completed any part of the agreed project and in fact had made many facets of the project more complicated for the next contractor.
In short he showed zero tact, pride and morality for his project. To say that we as a company are disappointed is an understatement. As I said he is a thief and I feel for any other company he has used and abused.

I would like to see some copies of the contract or a copy of the cheq for this so called 13k Because Tz Has never done any work for this company.

Started good, seemed like a nice guy but didn't tie in satellite and tie in cables. agreement was to come back and finish one connection once electricians where complete as this was on a house reno. Paid him and when it came time to finish he avoided us to the point he wont return calls or texts. Screwed us over and Mike is a thief!!!

Be aware, this guy is a crook. Didn't install any of my package properly, would not come back to fix anything and started ignoring my calls. I'm a large infill builder in Edmonton and want to make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else. Please be careful!
