Joey and his team were so efficient in installing my new garage door and remote garage unit. It looks great and I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future for a home renovation I am planning on.

I hired Under the Sun home renovation to revamp my entire kitchen. I received a referral from a past client and after doing my research, I didn't hesitate to hire this company. I couldn't have been more happier with the results I received. My kitchen has just turned my entire home into a dream come true. I have never enjoyed cooking as much as I do now. BUYER BEWARE Joey Catroppa from UNDER THE SUN HOME RENOVATIONS is a CON MAN. He does not pay his subs or honor his workmanship. I know because he did it to me. We recently did an office reno with CATROPPA. Once the project was complete, I asked him if all the subs were paid, he said "YES" and paid him his final payment of approximately $8,000. Project cost was over $40,000. Within days of paying him in full I started to get calls from subs asking if Joey was "away" on holidays as they could not reach him. He does not answer their calls or mine now. The subs are owed substantial amounts of money. He DOES NOT pay his subs in full. He does not honor is word or his workmanship. I had a heat unit installed by his crew incorrectly, if froze and broke the condensor. He said he would cover it and never did. I am out an additional $2700. I see from another post a client also got calls from subs not paid. BUYER BEWARE I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CATROPPA AGAIN AND I HOPE OTHERS HEED MY ADVICE.
