Cannot say enough good things about this company. I sent them a thank you letter to the office and let them have a sign on my lawn for like a month after they completed the work. Eugene presented me a plan of what was going to be done step by stem and we went with doing heated floors. 700 sq feet of extra living space definitely makes our house look bigger.

This guys were working like crazy on my underpinning project. It sure looked like hell, but to them it is just a job they do every day. My basement was lowered about 3.5 feet and than raised about 1 foot with gravel, waterproofing (with heated floor system) and concrete on top. All plumbing was changes and new water heater installed. They waterproofed my walls and gave me a rebate from the city for sump pump and back water valve installation.
Would hire them again for sure.
