I have used Unica Homes now for two large additions to our home. A 200 sq ft addition to the back of the home to increase the kitchen size and a 600 sq ft. upper floor master suite. Both additions were completed on time (early in fact) and and on budget. Unica was very easy to work with and Marat (Owner) was very easy to get a hold of for questions or changes to the existing plan. Marat was on site everyday managing the project. Marat is open minded, patient and understanding. These qualities for a contractor are of the utmost importance as these events can create a lot of financial and family anxiety. Marat calmly navigated his way through both of our reno's with care and an attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Unica homes for future reno's to our property or to friends and family in need of a similar service for their home.
