Our contractor is Greg Bilous through Unified Home Services. We are completely blown away by his professionalism and attention to detail. We started with a home visit, where Greg came and we explained to him all of the details we wanted: removal of the stucco ceiling, new crown moulding and base boards, installation of a contemporary kitchen, painting of 4 rooms and a hallway. After our consultation he provided us a very detailed itemized invoice / estimate. He also stayed within budget. After finalizing details Greg went straight to work.
COMMUNICATION was excellent! We received email notifications as he checked "to do's" off his Wunderlist App. He contacted us directly whenever he wanted to clarify design details which we really appreciated. He also provided us with helpful design ideas when we were stuck.
TIMELINESS - The job took a total of 8 weeks; which is extremely impressive since we live in a condo and they can only work on weekdays Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm due to noise restrictions. There were days that we would "check in" to see what was done and every time we had come there had always been changes and updates.
We are extremely happy with the final results. Friends and family keep asking us who our contractor is after seeing our kitchen. Extremely pleased. We plan on renovating our bathrooms soon, and plan on using him again. We would recommend him to anyone!
