We completely renovated a small bathroom in our house. We found the workmanship was excellent. Serge had valuable input in making suggestions on how best to make everything fit in, and it looks great ! Serge was courteous, neat, and worked exactly to the schedule he provided. The project was discussed daily. His pricing was very fair and we feel we got excellent value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serge for any bathroom renovations you have planned. We decided to renovate our bathroom which was 15 years old. Urban Bathrooms was referred to us by a relative and we decided to use Serge's company for the work.
The work done was exceptional with attention paid to the smallest detail. Seams where caulking was done were perfectly straight and they were very accommodating when some items were delivered late which resulted in Serge having to come back to the work-site.
The cost for labor was fair.and we felt we got value for our money.
Rare to see this level of commitment to quality of work! Reminds me of artisans of old.when work was a craft rather than a job. Would definitely use again.
