Valucon Construction

My experience with Valucon Construction was fantastic! Not only did I find them to be very helpful in the design and layout. They were very honest and friendly and made me feel confident in the work they were doing. I was able to give them access to my home while I was at work so they could work during the day. I'm very happy with the end result. I highly recommend them.

I would like to start by Thanking the Staff and Giuliano with the absolutely amazing and seamless job that they did for us.

I am not very easy to work with. I have a good eye for design and I know what I want and expect to get exactly that. My spa washroom was designed to look and feel like a spa. My shower has 4 body shower heads and an overhead shower, plus a steam bath. I choose large tiles that covered the walls and floor. But here is the icing on the cake, this Spa Washroom is in my basement. So the technicalities behind the walls are very, very important.

This huge job was done after my basement was already done, so the crew had to be very careful with any construction that can damage the dark grey tiles and the walls. They had to ensure that they kept the dust level low because of my allergies and they had to clean up after themselves at the end of every workday. Although more work for them, they cut 90% of what had to be cut outside and cut whatever else that needed to be cut inside the construction area.

The crew was respectful and friendly. I never had to worry about issues, his staff worked and worked and worked.

And if I had any questions, Giuliano will immediately call me and check any issues I may have and fixed it before it became a bigger and more costly problem.

My husband and I can confidently refer Giuliano, we are confident that you will not be disappointed when working with him. His commitment to a job is par none... but the big questions is ... Did he stay on budget... He definitely stayed on budget... They over reached my expectations.

My basement flooded in 2013. I hired Valucon Construction for the demolition and renovation. I was really impressed with the personal service and involvement of Giuliano (the owner) in every step of the way. We finished on budget and on time. The trades people were clean and professional. Love the final result. Giuliano is reasonably priced and true to his word. Strongly recommend Giuliano and his crew.
