Had laminate flooring installed in our basement as well as new baseboards and door trim. We also had the laminate continue up a few stairs. Did a great job with the installation, listened to and addressed my concerns and was very professional. I was already referring him to a friend before our work was even done. If we will be needing a contractor for additional work in the future, he will definitely be on the top of our list.

Also offered couple repairs on back deck at no charge! Offered a quote to replace back deck and explained materials are good but the rails will need to be replaced. Very thorough. Quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend for construction work!

Bathroom- replace window, fix water damage in ceiling and wall, paint

Kitchen, dining room- replace window, and change dining room window into door to back yard, build steps down to back yard. Remove broom closet and reconfigure wall to make wider entrance way. Remove wall between dining room and kitchen. Remove popcorn ceiling in dining room, fix ceiling where wall had been and make the ceiling of both rooms look like one.

Remove all the kitchen cupboards and prepare space for new cabinets and flooring. He did a great job of installing the cabinets and the finishing work around the windows. The stairs he built outside are well done and very sturdy. I would definitely want him to do my deck. He painted most of the main floor and he is the best painter I have ever had. Josh brought in other trades, electrician, plumbers who were highly skilled and did excellent work for a decent price.

Before Josh even started the project he was pointing out deals to me that were available for cabinets, countertops etc which saved me over $4000. He gave me a quote on the labour and came in slightly under and worked very hard, long days to get the project done. I always felt that I was getting my hourly rate out of the work he did. The workmanship is excellent quality and I would be hard pressed to find any faults. I found Josh and his crew trustworthy and pleasant to have around.

Josh and crew built a couple sides of our backyard fence. My neighbour referred him to us. I was very impressed. Josh was easy to get ahold of, returns messages and is easy to talk to. Great quality of work. They’re not afraid to put in the time to stay on track and unlike a different (who will remain unnamed) contractor who did our first side, there was no clean up after them. You can’t even tell they were in the back yard. Great workmanship at a decent price and he came in both times bang on to his estimate. Would absolutely hire these guys fur another project.
