I needed my outdoor motion light repaired or replaced and really didn't know where to begin again as I had been having problems in the past. Sina was excellent to work with very patient and knowledgeable. He was willing to work with what I needed but ended up suggesting an alternate product that was perfect! Hasan was punctual, tidy and professional. He took the time to help me install the app for my doorbell and adjusted my lights exactly where I needed them. Would definitely use this company again!

i must say I was skeptical as this was my first time on this site and hire a contractor because I am handy, I love carpentry hence I normally do things my way. But due to the condominium requirement I ended up seeking a professional help.

I had a lot of offers but Sina gave me a quote that is close to what I would expect and of course I did ask for a discount which he obliged and agree to adjust the quote reasonably to my favour.

Work wise he is a phenomenal guy. The materials he used were top of the line. Stuck to the agreed number of days to complete the job. Went over and beyond by painting and fixing the whole side of the unit - not just the walls he put up (even if he ended up running errand of buying another pint of paint to complete the work).

I must say I am blessed that I ran into him - given the time and money I had for the project. He built what I have envisioned in my project right before my eyes in days. This guy is 5/5 stars.

We needed to repair walls and lay laminate flooring in a basement room that took some damage from mold (remediated). Sina provided an excellent service. They stuck to the budget and time estimates, quality was very good, communications was prompt and courteous.
