Ran and Yaniv from Versatile DCM Construction recently completed a 2nd floor deck for me, 10x23'
They came by to do a site visit & offered great suggestions for what would work best as far as design to fit in with my landscape and also provided extra suggestions such as LED post light toppers and ideas for privacy walls.
They gave me a quote the following day & started the project within 2 days. I had visitors coming for Thanksgiving weekend so they rushed this job (worked until after 8:00pm each day) in order to complete this deck in time for the holiday. The deck was completed in one week.
I am thrilled with the outcome & the price was also very reasonable. I have already referred them to my neighbours along with my friends of which they are now working on a few projects for both.
I would highly recommend Versatile.
