I'm so glad that I chose to work with the Virtual Homes on my basement reno. Bleron and his team were just great! They were reliable and followed through, they were creative in solving problems, and they were open to feedback. Plus, they were thoughtful in making suggestions re: wholesalers/suppliers so that I could find great materials at a better price. The finished product is even better than I could have imagined and given us a wonderful, comfortable new space in our home. Would definitely recommend and work with them again.

| Warranty | Virtual Homes Inc. warranty period under the Contract is (2) Two year's from the date of Substantial Performance of the Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper performance of the Work to the extent that the design and Contract Documents permit such performance. The Contractor shall correct promptly, at the Contractor's expense, defects or deficiencies in the Work which appear prior to and during the one year warranty period. The Contractor shall correct or pay for damage resulting from corrections made. Extended warranties shall be issued by the warrantor to the benefit of the Owner. The Contractor’s responsibility with respect to extended warranties shall be limited to obtaining any such extended warranties from the warrantor.
