My first experience with Viva Contracting was exemplary. I hired them to renovate our basement, at the recommendation of a close personal friend who hired them to renovate his condominium apartment. My friend was blown away by the amazing quality of their work, from start to finish, which was not only done efficiently and on time, but for a great price.
For my basement renovation Viva Contracting did everything, they dismantled and removed all the old materials (flooring, kitchen, cabinets) and replaced them with high quality heated flooring, building a new bathroom with a tiled shower stall, and upgrading the wiring not only in our basement but also upstairs so that we would have the relevant cables necessary for telephone, Internet, and TV.
I was so blown away by their work that over the years and I have continued to rely on them for any projects that pop up with regards to my home (such as the recent fence installation I hired them for) and I HIGHLY recommend them to any one that I know who is looking for a general contractor for any projects either around the house or in the house.
