Our new Ensuite Bathroom renos are so beautiful! We could not be happier with everything! Kevin and his team of tradesmen are so professional, respectful and do incredible work. We so appreciate the thoughtful schedule, accuracy of Estimate as well as easy communication, all of which Kevin managed to perfection. Kevin and all staff are so kind and courteous too! Our new Main Bathroom renos are so beautiful too! We recently had the second of our two-bathroom renovation projects completed by Kevin and his staff of VKW Homes. As was provided in our Ensuite renovation project, Kevin and his trades people ensured we were provided with nothing but exceptional workmanship, professionalism and thoughtfulness. We must make a special shout out for Curtis who created my Dream tiling like a true artist! We love it!! VKW Homes gave us a quality renovation again and, again, exceeded all of our needs and expectations. From their ability to efficiently explain and communicate the renovation process being followed to meeting the scheduled work timelines and budget to providing such a high degree of quality workmanship, we are so happy and appreciative! The respect and thoughtfulness shown by Kevin and each and every trades person was second to none too. This was true for both of our bathroom renovation projects. A great big thank you to Kevin and all trades people for handling these renos. We have 2 Dream Bathrooms! We truly could not be happier!

We were impressed at Kevin’s attention to detail. It was as if he was working on his own home. He even pointed out small issues in finishing that we had not even noticed. When the job was done, there were absolutely no issues to be found (We waited a few weeks before writing this review so we could “live” with the renovations for a while, and we have found nothing to fault).

We are very confident in using VKW the next time we have renovations to do.

VKW Homes turned a 'ho-hum' 1990's ensuite into an updated spa- like room. Reno was done within budget, & timelines, and work space was kept as clean as possible. Sub-contractors & recommended suppliers were pleasant to work with. All in all, this was a pleasant experience, with very satisfactory results. I would not hesitate in the least to hire VKW homes again for an upcoming renos, and recommend this company.

VKW Homes recently completed our reno project. From a once retro 80’s bathroom, Kevin has created a modern spa. He responded promptly with an initial quote and then worked with us and our budget on site to resubmit a final estimate and completion schedule. Kevin knew exactly the design look we wanted and referred us to extremely helpful cabinet and tile professionals to select custom materials once the contract was signed. The quality of his workmanship is excellent and reflects his pleasant and thorough manner. To my relief, the project was worked around my surgery and completed before the holidays to a very high standard. I gladly recommend VKW homes and look forward to working with Kevin again to further update our home.

Working with VKW homes was an excellent experience. From the beginning of the project to the end Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. I had an entire bare walls basement developed. This included a furnace room, office, bedroom, full bath, rec area (with built in sound system), and several closets.

At our initial visit Kevin immediate understood what I wanted and provided suggestions on what could be done. His quote was provided very quickly and was quite detailed. The price was reasonable and came in almost the same as other competing quotes. Adjustments were made quickly and work started only a few weeks after we signed the agreement.

All of the work was done as expected and wanted. The quality was top notch. The work schedule was kept and although minor schedule changes had to be made the project was completed on time.

Kevin was on site almost every day and was always up to date on what was being done. He was always accessible. Responding to phone calls and emails very quickly.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. It involved complete removal of original cabinets and flooring with installation of new flooring, cabinets, tiling of the backsplash, painting and installation of above stove vent. The reno was completed within a few days of the timeline I was given.

There was great attention given to the details that I appreciated. I trusted the workmanship as I had had previous renovations done by VKW Homes (bathrooms with excellent results). The subcontractors were excellent to work with as well and all were very professional.

The area was kept as clean as possible during the reno and ready to move back in when completed.

Questions and concerns were always answered right away.
