I contacted VR Stones & Quartz for my kitchen countertop. Vivien was very professional , knowledgeable & friendly. She helped me to choose perfect stone & gave me amazing idea to do backslash as well. I love my countertop & backslash. I will definitely recommend VR Stones & Quartz Inc to everyone.

Kitchen countertops gave new look and highlight than before. Installed perfectly the way as per recommended.
New washroom sinks added a new configuration plus the installation of doors on the bathtub.
New tiles floor matched to the quartz of the sinks counter.

We had VR Stones & Quartz Inc. supply and install our Quartz countertop and backsplash. They did a wonderful job with the installation, it looks beautiful!! It was a pleasure working with Vivien from start to finish, she answered all our questions and concerns and kept us up to date during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company.

The installation of this countertop was very impressive .
The counter top spanned the walls of my kitchen forming a "U" shape curve with cutout for a dishwasher , stove and sinks.
In my estimation it was indeed the finishing piece to complete a remodeled kitchen.
This work was done in promised time period.
I highly recommend this contractor.

Mohammed has the worst customer service relations attitude ever.
Mohammed clearly says he does not care who you are and what you think. My quartz counter top was installed about a year. there is a crack L-shape corner. I email him a picture to see how he can assist. His response is that it is our fault; did not come to see what it is. Totally refuse to honor his warranty. He ask me to get another installer to fix the defect.
Mohammed is the worst installer I have ever encountered and would not recommend him to anyone. Please be advice; do not use this installer in any of your home improvement project.

This was a great experience with VR Stones & Quartz Inc. They came in with many samples to choose from and we selected the Quartz material that best suited our home. The install went smoothly and no complaints, we also recommended this company to friends where were looking for kitchen and bathroom counters. Very happy with their service and pricing of material/ labour.

Vivien and Mohammed are a power couple who I I reccomended to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen. Not only was the product and workmanship above and beyond my expectations, their customer service was fantastic. From the moment we started business they were available, communicative and made the whole process a welcoming and pleasant experience. Under going major renovations while 8 months pregnant seemed like a breeze when I had these two helping me out every step of the way. Thank you for my beautiful new kitchen!
