Work performed in an extremely professional manner from sales to install. Would recommend this service to anybody.

Needed living room window replaced and after shopping around settled on Warman Homes Renovations. The price was right for all the extras I requested and the job was completed on time in an excellent manner on a cool November day. The finishing was completed outside and inside the same morning by a friendly staff and all old materials removed from my yard. Five Star work at a reasonable price.

I asked Warman Homes to provide a bid on our plans to renovate the Kitchen and bathroom (main and in-suit) and from my first contact to job completion, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the experience of working with them.

Jard Shaw is a straight-shooting gentleman. He did an excellent estimate which is within our budget as well as perfect with all requirements. Brian as project manager was extremely customer friendly, and listened all our requests during the execution of the project to accommodate our requirements of small changes. He kept a close eye on our project and was always available to discuss as things moved along. The team he assigned to our project was diligent, hard-working and professional.

At the end of the project, my kitchen looked sparklingly new and so great, that we changed our kitchen furniture’s also to match with the excellent look.

We had a hail storm come through our area and it did a lot of damage to our house and garage, we got 6 quotes for the work and Warman homes not only had the best price but offered the best product for the money, once we signed the paper work, Warman homes came in and did a fantastic job of not only residing the house adding stone work to the front of the house and re shingling the garage but their people were very polite and cleaned up our yard after each day which was very much appreciated as we have grand children at our house a lot. The completed job of the house did not go unnoticed as we have had a lot of company since the job and everyone has commented on how fantastic the house looks..

What can I say Warman homes has integrity beyond. Their staff is awesome and they Dort what the promise to do. I have nothing but respect for Jare Shaw and his team. Would recommend Warman Homes to my friends and I have.

This job was as well done as previous jobs; I know Jared had to do some scrambling when the original crew that was booked to replace our shingles was unfortunately involved in a traffic accident, but he managed to book an experienced, quality crew for our job in spite of a short time line.

The job was very well done, took about a half day longer than estimated (ours is a big roof) and the roof looks great and we are sure it will perform well for years to come.

We are very pleased with all the work done by Warman homes employees and contracted employees. We had valuable help when choosing what projects to do, what materials to choose and help with making last minute decisions. There was frequent contact about what would be done each day. They were on time and on budget and did not sign off the work until they were satisfied it done completely and well. I will contact them again for future projects.
