I hired Mark to put a plastic panel roof on my exterior backyard deck. He came and quoted a fair price. I had the work done while I was in Victoria so I was not there to oversee it. Mark kept me informed of everything he was doing and finished in a couple of days which was amazing, he also stained the new cedar roof beams he installed. He was professional and clearly knows what he’s doing. I was more than thrilled with the finished product and would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to someone else.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Mark. He is highly skilled, and really great at tackling the fine details, and finding design solutions,. Bottom line, Mark is very knowledgeable & his quality of work is fantastic.

Working with Warren Construction was a great experience. Always on time and under or at budget. Expertly completed a massive $70k deck renovation with full excavation and new below grade concrete slab to create finished space above and below. Another project saw a dilapidated garage repurposed to a beautiful loft suite with gym.

Mark of Warren Construction and his crew demolished an old, rotten wooden backyard deck and constructed a new replacement. No debris was left behind. Mark's craftsmanship and knowledge reflected the quality and benchmark of a true professional calibre of his Red Seal certification.
