We had this newly installed toilet that had a leak at the base of the toilet. Seems the installation was not flat and the toilet tended to rock pivot. Hence the water leak.
While they were busy, they dropped in on the way back to their shop and home to helop us out. they were very professional had to remove the toilet and reset it and in my mind did not charge us enough.
Sorry for the late review but you certainly left a very positive impression on us.

Tim showed up on time and did the work quickly and very professionally. He highlighted safety factors for me and instructed me on the shutoffs if requires. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tim or his work to any of my family or friends.
