Completely sloppy work and unethical business practices. Work was sloppy and unfit for use leaving holes throughout the eavestrough, fascia and Alu-Rex. They sold me an unnecessary and sloppy flashing which they bolted on with unapproved fastners. Water is leaking behind my gutter and creating large pools of ice around my home. The installers will crack and bust off pieces of your wood fascia with the back of their hammer instead of discussing with you whether you would like this wood replaced because they are too lazy to go buy a piece of wood or use a saw to cut it. The owner initially promised to rectify some of the issues but never made good on these promises and instead ignored me for months, then tried to sue me after I initiated a chargeback for his failure to rectify. They responded by initiating a bogus court claim for payment alleging that nothing is wrong with the installation. I could not warn others more about this business's underhanded tactics.
