I moved into a resale home and needed new windows (among other things), so I asked around and several people recommended West Windows. Peter came to my house to show me window designs and help me decide what to order. He was very helpful.

I ordered my windows in early November and was surprised to hear that they wouldn’t be installed until the following January, but I did get a “winter discount”, so that was good.

Around mid-January, I hadn’t heard from anyone about my windows, so I phoned to inquire, as I was having my kitchen renovated and wanted the window installed before the kitchen was finished. Luckily, someone was able to come out several days later and install that kitchen window. A couple of weeks later, I received a call about the rest of my windows.

In all, West Windows installed five windows and new sliding glass doors.

The installers were nice, accommodating my schedule by sending a “double crew” on the first day of installation so that the project would be done in two days. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up well.

The windows themselves are great. They look quite good and seem to function flawlessly. I had a bay window installed in one bedroom and it’s really changed the room -- it looks amazing.

I have a couple of windows left to replace and will likely use West Windows again.
