Extremely happy with the work provided by Alex and his team. I am very picky about the work that gets done for my clients and Alex meets all the requirement to be a true professional. It is difficult to find a dependable and reliable crew these days. Him and his team go above and beyond when it comes to doing it right the first time. You can definitely tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend to anyone needing a professional flooring installer.

I was extremely impressed with Alex’s professionalism. Him and his crew were punctual, respectful and organized. They treat us and our property with outmost respect. When they start working, we were surprised ,to see how meticulous yet fast they worked. At the beginning of our renovation/project we definitely had our doubts about finding and hiring the right contractors, we can say now after we achieved our dreamed renovation that we made the best choice.

| Warranty | Westheights Flooring Guarantees a satisfactory installation in compliance with industry standards. All warranty specifications herein are valid for the original owner-occupied installation conducted by Westheights Flooring or its approved subcontractors. Westheights Flooring provides a standard one year residential warranty on our har surface flooring labor. This warranty is valid when our installation professionals install hard surface products purchased from us over a substrate that is furnished, prepared or approved by us. This warranty does not apply to the installation of hard surface products installed over customer-installed underlayment or customer-prepared substrate. This warranty does not include commercial or new construction installation. Customers will be required to provide proof of purchase before scheduling any repairs. This warranty is non-transferable. The types of service provided at no charge under the terms of this warranty include the repair of seams that may gap, repair or replacement of transition material (metals, vinyl strips, etc.) and the removal of bubbles resulted from the inadequate application of the adhesive. This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, water damage, improper maintenance, foundation settling or subfloor movement. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation services are not covered by this warranty. After the first full year, supplementary charges and fees will accompany any repair, moving of furniture, travel and necessary costs and will be the sole responsibility of the customer. |
