Wiens Developments prides itself on being a rare builder in that we take care to personally ensure each and every aspect of the building process is done to the highest level of quality. This high standard of quality that Wiens Developments has held itself to has been recognized by the media on various occasions for exemplary design and construction ability.
We are not your standard developer. Over the years, our clients have entrusted our team to help them with the construction of their dream homes. But we don't do things in the usual way: We pride ourselves on being cutting edge builders.

For starters, we have created our own manufacturing facility to eliminate issues with quality and potential scheduling problems with suppliers (Yes, our cabinets are custom made to fit your home, your taste and budget. Even the profile of your trim can be custom made!).
And unlike any other residential builders, we have our own heavy construction machinery. From cranes to cement trucks, we offer everything in house. This reduces wait time and eliminates potential quality related issues.
We also spend our time attending national and international trade shows to help us stay ahead of current trends. We're always looking for ways to improve your everyday life in your new home. But we're also searching for innovative ways to help reduce our carbon footprint, so you can feel good about your decision to work with us, both for the future of your family in your new home and the future of the planet.
