Wightman Mechanical

Absolutely A-One service. Our furnace quit working at 4:30 in the morning during very cold and snowy weather. Called Wightman at 8:00 in the morning. Rob arrived at 8:52 (WOW). Upon diagnosis we decided to proceed with a new furnace install. Rob contacted a co-worker and arranged installation and Jarod arrived the following morning at 8:00 AM and proceeded to install the furnace, finishing up by lunchtime. Both Rob and Jarod are super friendly and extremely professional. (They also were very friendly to our over friendly dog lol) Wightman will remain our go to for all our heating/ and cooling needs. Thank you!

Long story short, our furnace wouldn't come on and I had one company come in and tell me we needed a new furnace for $8,000.00. I contacted Wightman, who sent Dwight out for a second opinion, who fixed the problem for $100.00! We couldn't be happier and it's nice to know that they were so trustworthy, because not all are!! Thank you.

Just had a new furnace and water heater installed, so it was a fairly large job. The install team was great. They showed up right on time and did a superb job. They were very professional and friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. They went above and beyond to fix up some problems I had with the old plumbing in my house and the new installation looks and works great. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I highly recommend this company if you’re considering a new furnace installation.

Bruce and Jarred installed our new heat exchanger were very professional and personable. They left our home as near and tidy as it was when they started checked and double checked to make sure the unit was running well and explained the thermostat very well before the left the site. Since we moved back to Lake Country Wightman Mechanical has been our one stop shop for plumbing, HVAC, electrical services. Wightman upgraded our HVAC system with a up to date Lennox system. They have also installed complete HVAC systems in additional buildings for us. Wightman replaced all of the poly B piping in our house with PEX to avoid potential leaks and flooding due to the issues associated with Poly B. Wightman has always responded quickly to any issues that we have had with not only the best course of action for repair or install but always with a clear upfront cost assessment so there are no surprises.
