Replaced 4 windows and 1 slidingdoor. At the begining, Sergei the Project Manager helped me to select the windows and gave me the best price. The installation was ontime and Marcel the installer is awesome with the best knowledge giving to the customer while doing his job; l highly recommend Window Mart with the strong team.

Had Nikita Kraskovsky come to quote us prices on a few windows, and we were totally impressed. Explained everything in detail, helping us make our decision on what to get even easier. I got very good service from Ivan on replacing the first 2 windows in July, for the house I have lived in since 1990, as well as the back door. His presentation was very informative, which showed great knowledge and confidence in what he was doing. He also helped me with financing, without which I would not have been able to do this.
Installation was done very well by well qualified, professional installers, lead by Alex. They didn't even stop for lunch and worked right through till the job was done and cleaned up everything after the job was complete. Just ordered another set of 4 triple pane windows and can't wait for their arrival next year.

We were looking to change the windows in our home, had several presentations, Ivan from Window Mart came to our home and gave us a presentation that showed us the product that fit our needs, that's why we went with him and Window Mart.
UPDATE AFTER INSTALLATION:
The installers did a very good job, we love our new windows - they make our house look like new, and our neighbors are impressed too and now also want to replace their windows and doors with Ivan and Window Mart.

I had my kitchen window replaced by Window Mart this past winter and the experience from sales to installation was great. My house in the Bayview area of SW Calgary is 40 years old and the difference the new window made was quite stark.
Ivan came today to help me order another window for my master bedroom as the original one is pretty worn out. Look forward to the same great quality replacement this coming winter.

We moved into a home in Millrise September, 2017 and found the home cold in the winter. Contacted Window Mart Calgary along with 3 other estimates. We chose Window Mart. Triple pain windows made a large difference to maintaining an even, comfortable temperature summer and winter. We have recently (June, 2020) decided to change the remaining windows in the house. We, of course, called Window Mart as their service was excellent and their prices reasonable. Installation went perfectly and no mess left behind. Daria in 2018 was excellent as is Ivan (2020). It is always comforting to get estimates with no pressure from sales people. Both Daria and Ivan answered all my questions, explained the estimate thoroughly and everything is and was to my satisfaction.

Our experience was really good with Window Mart. We got half of our house windows replaced last year! We are very satisfied with the service that we decided to replace the other half this year! Ivan was very helpful and professional! Citadel area NW.

Installers Sergey and Alex were very punctual, knew what they were doing. Everything was delivered as described by Ivan when he came to show me Window Mart's product and give a quote. Windows and two sliding patio doors were installed in the summer and while the original ones had ice building up as soon as temperatures were dropping to -10 -15, the new triple pane ones had none of that even when it was -30 lately. They look great too. Would definitely recommend Ivan and Window Mart to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

Ivan was knowledgable, thorough and punctual. Sergey and assistant were unbelievably fast and thorough at installation. Great, painless experience. We live in Didsbury, AB. and recommend window mart to friends and associates.

Ivan was very experienced, answered my questions, gave me several options, followed through with phone calls several times, and helped me make several changes in the process as I changed my mind, and made sure everything was done to my specifications and completed before Christmas.
Artem did the installation very efficiently and was very polite and neat - all in all very satisfactory.
I am very pleased with Window Mart and would recommend the company to other people.
