Since 2001, projects in Saskatchewan, Alberta, Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia have included building complete custom homes, designing plans (and completing projects) for condos and homes, complete home renovation projects (from a simple tile job, to a complete overhaul), restructuring small companies to make them profitable and assisting small business owners in understanding how to control there over all shrinkage of company assets.
It became quickly apparent that one of the biggest issues occurred when home owners tried completing their own projects, without the proper knowledge of construction our contractors. Constant calls were received to repair work that home owners had contractors complete, but the work was done improperly due to many "patch" jobs, passed off as the "correct" procedure to repair a problem. The result was costing the home owner twice the budget, and giving them major headaches.
Services in project coordination with a hands on approach for homeowners and contractors became imperative, where working directly with the home owner or contractor to complete their projects.
Our success was due to willingness to listen to a client, find out what they wanted, and then move through the project with them piece by piece.
Helping home owners save time, money and headaches while completing their dream projects is the goal! Assisting small contractors develop their business and knowledge is our success.
