The quote was a major surprise because it was so low!
The painter and manager arrived on time, discussed the job and the painter went to work. Being so tall, he didn't even have to use a ladder to do the cutting in on the ceiling. Furniture and floor were covered with tarps and plastic, but not a drop fell from the ceiling. I was VERY impressed!
