Young Kim provided great service. My job was fairly small, but he walked through it with me, asking questions to make sure he got the information right. After providing me with a quote, he showed up on time to do the job. He was courteous, and called me (I was out of the house) to clarify what needed to be done with one part of the job.
When he billed me, he'd worked less hours than he'd anticipated and adjusted his bill accordingly.
When I returned home to see the job, he'd cleaned up after himself (not something I've seen with a lot!) and placed the left over parts from the job neatly where I could find them.
I was most impressed!
