This post is intended to inform the public of my customer service experience with this company.

The company is: Yorkville Windows & Doors Ltd.
Address: 1601 Matheson Blvd, Unit 1, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4W 4K1
President: Ivan Radovic
Telephone: 905-581-4219
Website: does not work
My account of the facts:
I purchased 2 exterior doors from this company and they installed them in June 2016. 1 door had a scratched glass and the owner Ivan Radovic told me he was going to come back and replace the glass as soon as he obtained it from the manufacturer.
I paid Mr. Radovic in full, $2400.00 cash for both doors, $1000 deposit and $1400 at the day of installation.
I asked Ivan about the paint on the door, the exterior panel was Iron Ore (the colour I ordered) and the inside panel was white. He said that they make a mistake when they ordered the doors from the manufacturer and that they brush painted it at their shop with the Iron Ore colour. 2 weeks later as I accidentally bumped into the door, the colour came off. Trying to get touch up paint from Ivan took 2 weeks and many repeated texts and calls. He first left me the wrong colour, when I asked him why he gave me a different colour, Ivan blamed it on me, for not telling him what the colour was. This was very puzzling to me since one would ask the customer or refer to the original order if one is not certain? One more week went by and repeated texts and then finally a got the touch-up paint.
After many calls and repeated promises he made regarding coming back to replace the glass, he never showed up.
Two weeks after the installation, the doors settled and would not close. I found that the deadbolt latch had not been installed correctly and not countersunk into the door jam. I had to remove both latches and cut a proper opening as they installed the square latch over the oval jam cut-out.
On August 5, 2016 after not showing up to replace the glass and trying to reach him on his cell and getting no answer, Ivan called back and told me that he had emailed me earlier in the week saying he would show up on Friday at 8 pm. Despite all the emails from him there is no record of this one email in my inbox. As I was searching for the alleged email I became frustrated and questioned Radovic on it. He reverted to profanities was rude and hung up.
This was in my opinion another excuse to delay or avoid replacing the glass. I am giving up on this company and written off trying to get the glass replaced for the moment. Do not let the polite sales talk fool you!
August 24, 2016 - I finally found time to fix the sticking door latch. I found that the entire lock assembly was not centered and when the latch was depressed the mechanism was binding and jammed. A 10 minute fix! Shame on you Yorkville!
