Hi guys,

Does anybody know how much roughly would labor cost to rebuild some retail premises (about 1500 sq.feet) into law office? Are there any average prices on the market per sq.foot for instance?

Thanks,

V.K.

Hi V. - like to help but you gotta be a little more specific. You have 1500 sf to work with- what are you going to do with it? Frame walls? How many? How many doors? Locksets? Will HVAC system need to reworked? New flooring required? Electrical? Any plumbing? Drywall, taping, painting...........the list goes on. Write down what you require for the space and start pricing from there. Good luck.

Hi Volodymyr

I agree with Bill, many factors to consider when estimating per square foot. Keep in mind that building codes, fire codes and barrier free codes should be reviewed when to preparing a floor plan.
