Anybody having problems with Goodfellow blue poly 3 in 1?

Recently installed the blue 3 in 1 poly by Goodfellow under engineered flooring and has very annoying creaks. The area where the trade mark is printed has delaminated and appears to be the source of the problem.
Anyone else experiencing the same?

It's because it is a foam based product not a rubber or cushioned pad.
