i am a residential home builder that has a larger project to bid on 15000 sq ft multi unit building in a very remote part of saskatchewan.and am unsure at what the per sq foot price would start at in the commercial side of things.any help would be greatly appreciated..

I am not a big believer is pricing on a square footage basis. I believe in seeing the project and estimating based upon time and material. We provide our customers with guaranteed pricing so this process is very important.

thank you for your input all material is supplied , all that is required of me is to give a lump some price providing 8 guys all fasteners and food and lodging , but i think i have figured out where i need to be just was unsure how to quote something of this size

i'm building a 3500 sq ft house. and i was wondering what u charge per sq ft. ive heard $5, $8, and $10. I"m kinda clue less bout the price.
