I have a new house with 9700sq. ft. of drywall. No ceilings, all walls. What is a fair price to pay for boarding, tape, mud and prime?

Hi Gary, If you are looking for quotes or estimates, you should post your this in the projects section so you can get local contractors to contact you. I am sure labour rates and material costs vary across the country due to a number of factors so anything you get here would probably not be accurate for you.

That being said, I would think that a "fair" price is whatever you ultimately agree to with your chosen contractor after reviewing a number of bids.
