Foundation under addition to cottage in Quebec

Does the building code in Quebec permit me to use a wood foundation (blue skin) under an addiction to my cottage. The original cottae is on post and beam?

Our company has 46 years of construction experience so I will answer your Question.
You are no longer premitted to have a wooden foundtation as mold will start to grow from any dampness.
You can us concrete block in certain places ,but the city will require a plan showing the existing condtions and the new conditions.
