What is the cost per sq ft to add an addition

I have never done a quote to do a cottage renovation to add an addition it is 6ft x 18 ft
Cottage is sitting on a cement pilar pad /cement blocks about 2 ft of the ground the cottage is near the water the addition needs to be insulated and tied in to the existing roof. So the trusses will have to be hand cut no windows or doors needed. New walls to be drywall and ready for prime and stippled ceiling.
Can anyone help me out?
