Where can I find a 8 inch wall vent cover?

Does anyone know where I can pick up an 8 inch wall exhaust vent? (See picture, must be 8 inches). Ideally in the Milton, Mississauga, Oakville area. I already checked all the big box stores to no avail. 6 inch is the biggest I've found.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
