24x30 post frame 2 car garage costs

Hello,
We are interested in having a 24 x 30 post frame 2 car garage built, our property has no water issues and is an excellent candidate for this style of construction. We have recently re-sided and roofed our house and have the materials to do the exterior of the garage ourselves. So I guess we are looking for everything but the shingles and siding. What would something like this cost?

Hello Christina there are a lot of factors that I garage would still entail such as the pitch of the roof on the quality of materials. But that being said a rough guesstimate would be anywhere from $20 a square Foot To $35 a square foot. Depending on how fancy you get. A question you would also want to answer would be are you going to just have gravel to park on or are you going to park on a concrete pad. That would affect the price of your garage greatly

we normally charge 38- 45k depending on your upgrades on the inside. that includes your concrete pad.
