30 year painter

I live in BC for the last 12 years but I have been painting for 30 years. What should I be making if I live in kamloops BC. I make 24.50 now. Could somebody give me some input on if this wage is equal to my experience.

A good painter should make 22-25 but with your experience 27.00 is reasonable to most contractors. Though really depends on how busy a company is. You can also start a company and bid jobs yourself by sq. ft. for better money.

This is one of the main issues with the society and our expansive living life.
I always say to our employees that safety, time, experience and your quality of work is key to your wage.
Also note, if you are the top employee of the company maybe you can ask for different opportunities. Great customer service and your loyalty shows that you are capable of going beyond, turning project in quickly or quote on jobs, which is allot cheaper and easier on running a business.
Robert is correct as well which all depends on the status of the company growth.

Is this with holiday pay? In Alberta 9.6% holiday pay is to be paid also bylaw not many people know this.
