8x20 deck rough cost

We are planing to build 8x20 duradek, having privacy glass on both sides full depth 8'. Front to be a full 20' wide stairs (5 in total and covered too) with the picket railing. It will look more like a porch due to the small yard, it has a roof cover 8'.
Could you please tell us how much the total cost would be to build this deck including all required preparation, materials and the permit. Is duradek same as tufdek.

Yes, A Duradek is easy enough to install.
You can save $$ a bit if you do the prep yourself. you must install Min. 5/8" T & G good one side plywood, zero knots on side facing up. Smooth down all the exposed corners and edges. Then research for a registered Duradek installer in your area. If someone claims they can install it but are not registered with Duradek and something goes wrong, chances are the Good Duradek warrenty will not cover anything. For that size of deck your probably looking at between $ 4,500 and $ 6,000 not including railings.
