Advice for painting staircases

Painting staircase. I have a 3 storey town home. Have to paint 3 sets of stairs. Approx 80 spindles. 40 treds 44 risers 50ft hand rail stringers on the 1 side carpet was removed existing is stained all brown on treds, risers, spindles, stringers etc. many holes from the nails. Need to repair holes and lightly sand all. Paint white - spindles and risers (will have to be primed first) Paint dark brown - the stringers, treds, hand rail.
I need a general idea of price.

Thanks Jan. Would that be to spray or paint by hand? A lot of prep for the spraying.

Do you want to paint or re-stain stringers, treds and handrail?
We suggest you to re-stain those, but can paint them if you prefer so.

Hi David,
This staircase need a lot time to do sanding,treatment, stain. .....etc to be perfectly. Also I prefer to change the spindles with primer (new one) don't retain it. It will be more clean stain and cheaper.
The price include labour only around 7000 $.

This is a fairly large job. Would you spray or paint by hand? How long do you think it would take. A ball park idea ?
