Advice on rates in Calgary Alberta

Hello. I have been charging hourly rates for my work. I'm switching to piece work rates. It's been a long time since I have charged piece work. I'm looking to find out the rates for the following jobs.
-Scraping a ceiling from old texture and skimming it to paint grade.
-Scraping old paint from walls then skimming them and painting.
-Taping drywall
-Painting new drywall
-Baseboard installation
-Ceiling repairs ( paint grade/knockdown/ popcorn/ splatter coat)

It depends on your process. We charge anywhere frm 1.75-4.00 to remove texture. If we do full protection, we sand, skim coat, feather out eoth finishing blades, prime, touch ups, paint. Remove all home protection. That servoce can be 3.50 - 4 per sqft.
