Definitely, kiln dried is a little better but both make excellent choices for cabinetry, furniture and flooring.

There is always a demand for quality lumber. Air dried is just fine and sometimes preferred as any natural twists in the lumber come out more when air dried so the customer knows exactly what he's getting. Kiln dried is just a faster way to dry lumber.
