Anyone ever use pylex foundation screws?

Building decks wondering if anyone has used the pylex foundation screws you find at Home Depot and wondering how good they are compared to so iTunes for supporting a deck, they say they support 5000 pounds each so I would love to switch to those instead of concrete just wondering peoples opinions and if you have used them or had any problems, thanks
