Approximate cost for home addition?

Looking to add about 300 sq in two separate additions to exiting century home. No basement needed. What is the approximate cost?

Well it depends on what type of finishes your looking for...but a rough figure is $190-$210/ sq ft.

It depends on many factors. Type of foundation the addition will have, angles(if not square)number of windows or extra features such as sky lights, roof pitch, access to heat, etc.. You should provide a little more information for a better explanation. Ball bark for budgeting purposes, $200/sq. ft.
